Workshop on "How to Build A Rapport with Kids in Classroom" inspires Teachers

Jalgaon, Maharashtra: Kashinath Palod Public School’s Training Research, Development and TQM Department organized a workshop on ‘How to Build A Rapport with Students in Classroom’.’

Resource person Ganesh Patil shared secrets of kids and human Psychology with teachers. He explained the types of Relationships and the importance of relationships. He also spoke about the essentials of good teacher students and teacher parents relationships. He discussed the importance of communication skills in an effective relationship.

He also briefed Teachers about types of attitudes and the kind of attitudes that can create good relationships. He further talked about four quadrants of human personality and Johary Window. He talked about four mental cancers resulting insecure and bad relationships affecting learning, teaching, professions, families, and happiness.
